Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of transportation engineering experience; complex projects & multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large highway design projects with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk accountability.
• Direct multidisciplinary project teams, establish priorities, allocate resources, resolve challenges.
• Manage project financials: budgets, forecasting, scope changes, invoicing, profitability.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact in project delivery.
• Set and maintain project quality expectations; ensure timely, coordinated deliverables.
• Mentor project staff and develop project managers; enable growth and responsibility.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals, scopes, and interviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities early; collaborate on practical solutions with clients.
