The role includes pursuing new opportunities, marketing initiatives, and mentoring teams to align with JMT’s objectives while delivering high-quality, safety-conscious transportation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with disciplines and partners to define risk-averse scopes.
• Develop deliverables and maintain PM plans and QA/QC.
• Create and maintain project schedules; manage subconsultants.
• Provide client updates, progress reports, and review invoices.
• Lead marketing and proposal activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor project teams to drive high-quality outcomes.
