Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating highway maintenance equipment or similar heavy machinery.
• CDL with tanker endorsement required within 60 days of employment.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to obtain Class A CDL with tanker endorsement within the stated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Operate highway maintenance equipment such as trucks, rollers, front-end loaders, graders, snowplows, and related machinery.
• Perform equipment maintenance checks and assist with repairs.
• Patch roadways, repair signs, and maintain maintenance yards.
• Perform snow removal and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Train coworkers on maintenance tasks and safety practices.
