CDL and on-call readiness required for senior roles; CDL endorsements may earn higher pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Senior role requires Class A or B CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements within 60 days of employment.
• Experience with heavy equipment or farming background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as loader, trucks, tractors, mowers, and hand tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Load and unload materials; work long hours during emergencies and in extreme temperatures.
• Respond to emergencies with short notice and be available for on-call duties.
