Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Senior role requires Class A or B CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Operates highway maintenance equipment including trucks, rollers, loaders, tractors, graders, plows, and other gear.
• Operates specialized equipment for lay-down machines, rock cutters, snoopers, pavement stripers, milling machinery, and related duties.
• Identify preventative maintenance needs and assist with servicing and repairs.
• Patch roadways, repair signs, install and remove snow fences, and repair bridges/culverts.
• Move, load, and handle equipment, materials, and hazardous substances safely.
• Train coworkers in maintenance tasks and procedures.
• Perform snow removal and emergency response as needed, including nights and weekends.
