Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy highway maintenance equipment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsements required within 60 days for Senior role.
• Preferred: Class A CDL with tanker endorsement; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate highway maintenance equipment and related trucks, rollers, loaders, graders, and more.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of equipment and facilities.
• Patch roadways and signs, repair bridges and culverts, and maintain drainage and surfaces.
• Respond to snow removal and other emergency incidents as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Lead and train coworkers in maintenance tasks and procedures.
