LaBella Associates is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer for our New York office locations to lead transportation projects and nurture client relationships. The role involves project management, technical leadership, and business development to secure new work.

NY PE license is required, with 15+ years in transportation/PM and established industry connections. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $195,000 per year, with consideration of experience, education, and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 15+ years of transportation and project management experience.
• NY PE license is required; other state licenses a plus.
• Established relationships within the transportation industry and proven business development skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee assigned projects.
• Participate in business development activities and client meetings.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals to secure work.
• Perform technical tasks: research, reports, design, specs, and plan preparation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as primary client liaison.
