Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 15+ years of transportation/project management experience.
• New York PE license required; additional state licenses a plus.
• Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid projects.
• Established relationships within the industry.
• Strong business development and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget; effective client liaison.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees their assigned projects.
• Participates in business development activities including meetings with clients.
• Prepares and coordinates proposal efforts to secure work.
• Performs technical tasks including research, reports, design, specifications and plan preparation to ensure efficient execution.
• Manages project scope, schedule and budget; primary client liaison to completion and client satisfaction.
• Develops and enhances key client relationships and serves as primary company contact.
• Manages and develops junior and mid-level staff.
