• 15+ years of transportation/project management experience.
• NY PE license required; other state licenses a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees assigned projects.
• Participates in business development meetings with clients.
• Prepares proposals to secure work.
• Performs technical tasks including design, reports, and plan preparation.
• Manages project scope, schedule and budget; primary client liaison.
• Develops client relationships and serves as a primary company contact.
• Manages and develops junior and mid-level staff.
