The Indiana Department Of Transportation (INDOT) Crawfordsville District is seeking a Highway Engineer Supervisor to direct engineers and managers on complex transportation projects.

You will process change orders, provide engineering direction, and ensure projects meet plans and specifications. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with consultants, and guiding the construction program’s annual value to the district.

Qualifications

• License: Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana.
• Understanding of civil/transportation disciplines and design standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Project Engineers and Project Managers on transportation projects.
• Approve changes and manage project timelines and field checks.
• Inspect projects for compliance with plans, policies, and specifications.
• Train and evaluate staff and coordinate with consultants.
