Artheon seeks a Senior Highway Engineer in East Brunswick, NJ, with 10+ years of highway design and transportation engineering experience. You will lead design tasks, develop alignments, and ensure compliance with NJTA, NJDOT, and AASHTO standards while coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency in MicroStation InRoads or OpenRoads is preferred. Berlin or East Brunswick work locations are possible; the firm offers a competitive package and clear growth paths.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of highway design or transportation engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey or reciprocity within a year.
• Proficiency in MicroStation InRoads/OpenRoads (preferred).
• Familiarity with NJTA, NJDOT, and AASHTO design standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead highway and roadway design teams on planning and design tasks.
• Develop highway alignments, profiles, typical sections, and safety improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate roadways for safety improvements and MPT needs during construction.
• Ensure designs comply with NJTA, NJDOT, AASHTO, and local regulations.
• Prepare technical reports and CAD plans, preferring MicroStation.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and prepare project specs.
