As a Senior Engineer, you’ll lead technical design and problem‑solving from concept through delivery, collaborate closely with project leadership, and mentor developing engineers and designers. You’ll also engage directly with clients, contribute to proposals and project strategy, and help grow our regional footprint—all while balancing hands‑on engineering with leadership influence.
