Job summary

The Engineering Technician III (S) in Division 10, Monroe Resident Engineer's Office, is an advanced role serving as a senior inspector for highway construction projects. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Survey Technology or related field.
• Three years progressive technician experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HiCAMS and SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect highway construction to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Review test reports and material ledgers for payments.
• Assist in contract administration, pay entries, and diary maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and CEI staff.
