A pioneering robotics company based in California is looking for a skilled Recruiter for high-volume roles to drive its hiring efforts for production associates and related positions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a proven ability to manage large hiring pipelines efficiently. This critical position will contribute to scaling operations for the next generation of humanoid robots, ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting across technician and production roles.
• Proven track record of building pipelines in competitive, fast-paced operations.
• Familiarity with shop-floor roles and associated assessments.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and develop strategies for volume roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple roles.
• Manage high-volume pipelines with 50+ open requisitions concurrently.
• Conduct behavioral screenings and shop-floor assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and analytics.
