Job summary

Standard Bots in Glen Cove, NY is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own hiring across our factory floor—from entry-level technicians to plant managers—driving high-volume hourly recruitment and outbound search.

You will partner with manufacturing leadership, implement multi-stage outreach, and continuously optimize copy and messaging to attract hard-to-fill roles in robotics and advanced manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or hardware environments.
• Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills with proof of proactive candidate outreach.
• Ability to run high-volume hourly hiring and complex outbound searches in parallel.
• Experience building pipelines and optimizing outreach messaging.

Responsibilities

• Build and own outbound pipelines for every role in the manufacturing org.
• Lead multi-stage outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels; track metrics and iterate.
• Source candidates outside traditional channels (trade schools, trades, referrals, networks).
• Own the full search from first outreach to signed offer and close candidates in a competitive market.
