Job summary

Intersect Power seeks an experienced High Voltage Operations & Maintenance Leader to direct a specialized team across substations, transmission lines, and interconnection facilities. You will drive maintenance strategies, governance, and safety practices to maximize asset availability.

You will collaborate with Reliability, Engineering, Construction, and Compliance groups to ensure long-term maintainability and grid reliability across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high-voltage engineering and operations.
• Strong leadership of field-based HV maintenance teams.
• Expertise with relay protection and coordination studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet-wide HV operations and ensure safety culture.
• Oversee HV maintenance, outages, and restoration activities.
• Govern protection settings, coordination studies, and documentation.
