The AES Corporation is seeking a Senior High Voltage Development Engineer to lead early-stage HV design for renewable projects from 35kV to 500kV. You will coordinate with utilities, EPCs, and internal teams to ensure robust design and interconnection readiness.

You will bring 7+ years of HV design experience, strong power systems knowledge, and excellent communication to navigate multi-disciplinary collaborations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years of high voltage design experience.
• Strong understanding of power systems and HV project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and leadership in cross-functional teams.

• Lead conceptual and pre-construction HV design activities for solar, wind, and BESS projects.
