Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced High Voltage Project Manager to support data center projects. The PM will oversee overall management, ensure quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Responsibilities include overseeing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, coordinating with subcontractors and owners, managing schedules and budgets, reviewing bids and change orders, and delivering closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10-15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background preferred.
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/Revit or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems during construction management.
• Manage staff and coordinate among owners, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and admin tasks.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades and coordination.
• Monitor schedules and spending; prepare status and financial reports.
• Review bids, vendor and subcontractor qualifications, and estimates.
• Approve payments and negotiate changes.
• Prepare change orders and ensure subcontractor notification.
• Prepare close-out documentation including warranties and drawings.

The High Voltage Project Manageris responsible foroverall management and success of high-end, renovations and construction projects: quality,clientsatisfactionand profitability goals.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversight of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationship management among projectowner, owner’s tenants and all professional groups involved.
• Overseetimelyandaccuratecompletion of all documentation and administrative aspects relating to project management execution.
• Oversee mechanical,electricaland plumbing trades and coordination
• Monitor schedules,spendingand related.
• Complete or review project reports for accuracy, provide status and financial reports andproject schedules.
• Performs final review ofconstructionsprojects including bid reviews, bid procedures, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, final estimates, labor & materials takeoffs.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Approve forpayment or negotiate changes.
• Prepare andsubmitchange orders for approval by clients and director of operations.
• Ensure subcontractors are advised of all change orders
• Prepare all close out documentation including warranty information,affidavits, record drawings,
• Ensure final payments are received form client andappropriate invoicespaid to subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Scienceis preferred
• 10-15 years in commercial construction management
• Heavy Mechanical and or Electrical background preferred
• Coming from the sub-contractor world is okay / acceptable
• Experience with BIM / Navisworks / BIM Glue / Revit or equivalent expected
