LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks an experienced High Voltage Project Manager for data center projects. You will oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, manage project teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in commercial construction management, heavy mechanical/electrical background, and BIM/Navisworks/Revit experience. Subcontractor background welcome; on-site role in data center environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science is preferred.
• 10–15 years in commercial construction management experience.
• Heavy mechanical and/or electrical background preferred.
• Coming from the subcontractor world is okay / acceptable.
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/BIM Glue/Revit or equivalent expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems during construction management.
• Lead project team and manage relationships with owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely, accurate completion of project documentation and admin tasks.
• Coordinate MEP trades and overall coordination of trades.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and related activities.
• Prepare and review project reports, status updates, and schedules.
• Perform final project reviews: bids, qualifications, estimates, takeoffs.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices for payment.
• Approve payments or negotiate changes with vendors/subs.
• Prepare and submit change orders for client/ops director approval.
• Inform subcontractors of all change orders.
• Prepare close-out docs: warranties, affidavits, record drawings.
• Ensure final payments from client and payments to subs.
