Qualifikationen

• 5+ years troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment.
• Experience with PLCs and hardwired relay logic systems.
• Metal fabrication experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair bottling and thermoforming packaging equipment to support operations.
• Changeover packaging equipment per production schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance on packaging and support equipment.
• Initiate work orders in CMMS for repairs or adjustments.
• Complete GMP-compliant documentation for work orders and training records.
• Interpret machine drawings and electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
• Assist in corrective actions for equipment-related non-conformances.
• Develop line improvement ideas to increase efficiency and reduce labor.
• Implement modifications through Change Control approvals.
