• Lead development of High Speed IO products from concept to qualification.
• Define specs, test plans, and design reviews with internal and external teams.
• Interface with marketing, suppliers, and manufacturing during pilot and production stages.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional activities.
