Job summary

Jobot, a full-service construction company, seeks a Permanent Superintendent with a strong background in the industry. You will oversee all stages of project life cycles, from planning to execution and completion, while managing budgeting, scheduling, safety, and subcontractor oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in construction.
• Strong background in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and safety management.
• Experience with subcontractor management and quality control.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of construction project management to meet time, budget, and scope.
• Supervise construction activities ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and control costs.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Manage client, stakeholder, subcontractor, and staff communications.
• Resolve issues or delays impacting timelines, budgets, or quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure plans are followed.
