Job summary

Leisure World of Maryland is seeking a Property Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑rise condominium within the community. The role emphasizes compliance with governing documents, Board policies, and Maryland laws while directing vendor performance and financial planning.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in association management, with at least 2 years in high‑rise settings, and holds CMCA and/or AMS; PCAM is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of Association Management experience.
• Two or more years managing a high-rise condominium.
• CMCA and/or AMS designation required.
• PCAM preferred; CPM is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned high-rise within Leisure World of Maryland.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents, Board policies, LWMC policies, and laws.
• Provide counsel to the Board and residents and liaison between Mutual and LWMC departments.
• Develop contractual specifications and oversee vendor/contractor performance.
• Manage budget processes, financial administration, and procurement in line with approved plans.
