Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned high-rise condominium.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor expenditures in coordination with the Treasurer and Finance Committees.
• Coordinate with Board and committees; provide guidance to residents and staff.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, and procurement in line with governing documents and laws.
