Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior professional to oversee Hospitals, Higher Education & Government client relationships in the Pensacola market. You will lead growth strategies, coordinate with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, and Wealth teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and risk‑adjusted profitability.

You will manage large, credit‑heavy relationships, ensure data integrity in CRM, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high client satisfaction and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Strong credit and finance knowledge with ability to handle large complex relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large corporate relationships; knowledge of credit products and structuring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow relationships in the HHG segment and meet loan, deposit, and revenue targets.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience using advisory tools and insights.
• Grow market share of business loans and non-credit services, including deposits.
• Collaborate with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Wealth and Risk teams to drive HHG growth.
• Ensure profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the portfolio and manage credit relationships, documentation, and policy adherence.
• Maintain and update CRM data and activity for the sales pipeline.
• Execute on risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the client portfolio.
