Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a senior leader to manage Hospitals, Higher Education & Government (HHG) Banking client relationships and growth within the local market. You will collaborate with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Wealth, and Risk partners to execute HHG strategies.

The role focuses on delivering a differentiated client experience, achieving loan, deposit and revenue targets, and ensuring credit quality and portfolio integrity across the HHG portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with Hospitals, Higher Education & Government clients.
• Strong command of credit and finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow new HHG relationships and meet loan, deposit, and revenue targets.
• Deliver differentiated client experiences leveraging insights and advisory tools.
• Build market share in loans and non-credit services; collaborate with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Wealth and Risk partners to execute growth strategies.
• Oversee profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the assigned HHG portfolio, including credit proposals, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain and update CRM data, pipeline, and activity in the bank’s systems.
• Ensure adherence to risk, policy and quality expectations for the portfolio.
