Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with HHG clients.
• Ability to grasp large complex Hospitals, Higher Education & Government credits.
• Strong command of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in managing large corporate relationships and complex credit products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow new HHG relationships and deposits.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience in all interactions with clients.
• Develop new business relationships and grow market share of loans and non-credit services.
• Collaborate with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Wealth, and Risk.
• Ensure profitability, liquidity, and growth of the HHG portfolio including loan closings and documentation.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and CRM data.
• Execute on risk, policy, and quality expectations for the portfolio.
