Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of analytics/economic modeling or a Master’s/PhD with 3+ years in a quantitative/health field.
• Demonstrated track record designing observational research and RWE analytics using claims, EHR, or registries.
• Advanced proficiency in producing reproducible deliverables using R, Python, or SQL.
• Strong foundation in observational study design, statistics, and data validation.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple deliverables, and maintain scientific rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain methods and findings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, execution, interpretation, and dissemination of retrospective observational studies.
• Analyze insurance claims, EMR, and patient registry data with SAPs and rigorous protocols.
• Apply advanced methods such as causal inference and propensity scoring.
• Build scalable analytics tools and reusable codebases (R, Python, SQL).
• Incorporate automation and responsible ML/AI practices to speed and standardize work.
• Collaborate across functions to align evidence with business and policy goals.
