Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacoeconomics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing claims/clinical datasets and publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
• 3+ years of business experience in a startup or high-growth environment, translating evidence for commercial use.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for advanced data analysis.
• Experience designing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) programs and health economics models.
• Translate real-world data into actionable insights that drive growth, market adoption, and product development.
• Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences and client meetings.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate HEOR insights into messaging and strategy.
• Teach HEOR methodologies to colleagues and expand organizational research capabilities.
