Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with 5+ years analytics or 3+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience designing observational research and RWE analytics using claims, EHR, or registries.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL for reproducible analyses.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end evidence generation: oversee design, execution, interpretation and dissemination of retrospective observational studies.
• Execute secondary data analytics: analyze claims, EHR, and patient registries with robust SAPs.
• Champion methodological rigor: apply causal inference, propensity score matching, and regression modeling.
• Build scalable tools & infrastructure: write code and libraries in R/Python/SQL for standardized evidence generation.
• Modernize analytics & AI practices: enhance automation, workflows, and responsible ML/AI processes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: act as SME across internal/external initiatives.
• Foster mentorship & quality: conduct code reviews and mentor less-experienced teammates.
