Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR): Evidence Evaluation to join our Access Consulting team. You will provide scientific leadership for evidence evaluation projects, delivering systematic and targeted literature reviews to support regulatory, reimbursement, and publication decisions.

You will guide project delivery, shape methodologies, and lead client discussions with opportunities to influence evidence generation across the industry.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a life science or quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of training and extensive experience in health economics.
• Experience managing modeling projects and leading a project team.
• Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead literature reviews and evidence evaluation for regulatory, reimbursement, and publication purposes.
• Direct project delivery, ensuring scope, methodology, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Provide input on review protocols and search strategies aligned with HTA requirements.
• Oversee screening, data extraction, and critical appraisal with quality oversight.
• Guide evidence synthesis, reporting, and identification of gaps and limitations.
• Ensure client-ready deliverables and monitor milestones and budget health.
• Lead client communications and address technical queries.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development.
