Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) to join the Access Consulting team. You will provide scientific and technical leadership on evidence evaluation projects, delivering high-quality literature reviews for regulatory, reimbursement, and publication decisions.

You will guide project delivery, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while adopting AI-enabled approaches and ensuring client-ready outputs across multiple

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a life science or quantitative discipline (e.g., health economics, economics, mathematics, statistics).
• 5+ years of training and extensive experience in health economics, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide literature reviews for regulatory activities and HTA submissions.
• Lead project kick-off activities and client discussions with clear scope and timelines.
• Provide expert input on review protocols, search strategies, and eligibility criteria.
