Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Tier I/II help desk and desktop support for enterprise IT systems and end users.
• Troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, workstations, laptops, peripherals, email, and network connectivity.
• Perform Microsoft Active Directory and help desk ticketing functions, maintain equipment accountability.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve complex user issues in accordance with Army and DoD standards.
