Job summary

Alpha Omega seeks a qualified Help Desk Technician to support Navy DUSN(M) IT DSS program at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. This role provides advanced technical support and end‑user assistance to ensure operational readiness of critical network infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot NMCI and Nautilus assets, manage printers and cabling, oversee VTC systems, and handle Tier 3 escalations while maintaining daily tickets and customer communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of information technology experience.
• Experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Positive customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and ensure operational readiness of network infrastructure.
• Configure printers, cabling (CAT5-6), and VTC systems; manage Tier 3 escalations and daily IT tickets.
