Job summary

Alpha Omega is seeking a Help Desk Technician in Arlington, VA on-site, requiring Secret clearance. The role delivers advanced technical support for critical network infrastructure, including NMCI and Nautilus assets, VLANs, and port activations.

You will configure printers, CAT5-6, fiber, and manage VTC systems, handle escalations, and maintain daily IT ticket flows while providing end-to-end user support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Positive customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and ensure operational readiness of critical network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues on NMCI and Nautilus assets and networks, including VLANs and port activations.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, CAT5-6, fiber, and manage Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems for mission communications.
• Handle high-level escalations and maintain daily operational workflows by answering support calls and resolving IT tickets.
