Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience.
• Experience in a team-based help desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and maintain operational readiness of critical network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot NMCI and Nautilus assets and networks, including VLANs and port activations.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, cabling (CAT5-6), fiber, and manage VTC systems.
• Handle high-level escalations and daily Tier 3 help desk duties, including answering calls and resolving IT tickets.
