Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience with Adobe Connect or similar online meeting applications.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Experience in Change Management is advantageous.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support to end users.
Conduct user training and create procedural documentation.
Manage IT inventories and support conference/training room setups.
