Job summary

IonQ, Inc. in Bothell, WA seeks a HelpDesk Technician III to join a cross-functional team supporting 1100+ users across the globe. You will handle incident management, hardware deployment, user training, and on-site AV setup for meetings and earnings calls.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or equivalent, 3+ years IT service desk experience, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom. You will work on-site, participate in on-call rotations, and help document processes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT service desk/HelpDesk roles.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for ITSM.
• Familiar with IDP and MDM concepts.
• Experience with Dell, Boxx, Apple hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support to over 1100 global users.
• Configure and deploy end-user hardware and software.
• Setup audio visual equipment for onsite meetings and earnings calls using Zoom.
• Maintain Neat Audio Visual equipment in offices.
• Train Tier I and II HelpDesk technicians.
• Support Tier IV staff and IT Leadership as required.
• Maintain comprehensive Help Desk documentation.
