Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to provide phone and in-person support for e-mail, directories, and standard Windows applications. You will be the initial contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems and must be a US citizen with 2 years of help desk experience.

Location is Arlington, VA with active Secret clearance; CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications are required. DoD experience and DoD ticketing familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in help desk or technical support.
• US Citizen required.
• CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications mandatory.
• Experience with Windows desktop applications and email systems.
• PC and printer troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and in-person support to users.
• Support users with e-mail, directories, and Windows desktop applications.
• Troubleshoot applications developed under the contract.
• Serve as initial point of contact for hardware/software issues.
• Troubleshoot PC and printer problems.
