Professional Case Management is seeking a compassionate representative to assist seniors and navigate EEOICPA/RECA programs, connecting clients with benefits and community resources.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, document client information, meet referral targets, and participate in onboarding and training. The role offers hourly pay with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years’ customer service experience, preferably healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years outbound calling sales experience.
• Advanced knowledge of EEOICPA and RECA.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills; proper phone etiquette.
• Data entry and attention to detail.
• Maintains professionalism in any situation; ability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Assist former workers in navigating EEOICPA and RECA programs to obtain benefits.
• Assess clients’ needs to determine eligibility for a DOL White Card and apply policies.
• Connect clients with community resources, advocates, attorneys, and local field reps.
• Advocate for clients to resolve barriers to accessing benefits.
• Obtain client information via outbound and inbound calls; maintain quality results.
• Provide Benefits Assistance and guidance during EEOICPA claims process.
• Meet or exceed referral targets from calls; guide customers through government programs.
• Participate in onboarding and training of new representatives; coach others as needed.
