You will collaborate with underwriters, branch teams, title companies and borrowers to keep loans moving toward closing, while balancing risk and timely results.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in loan processing or equivalent related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to independently manage a pipeline.
• Strong Title and Lien Review knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage pipeline prioritization and stakeholder communications.
• Review and manage underwriting conditions.
• Analyze title, insurance and collateral documentation.
• Drive the loan from application through closing and funding.
• Perform quality control reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to team members.
