You will review applications, disclosures, appraisals, title reports, and fees, prepare closing packages, and ensure timely funding while maintaining accuracy, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of home equity lending products and processing workflows.
• Knowledge of TRID disclosure requirements and related regulations.
• Ability to review loan documentation, title, and appraisal reports for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manages home equity loan and HELOC applications from approval through closing.
• Performs reviews of disclosures and collateral information for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepares and discloses fees and Loan Estimates per TRID timelines.
• Coordinates with appraisers, title companies, and underwriters to close loans.
