Blue Origin in the United States is seeking a Senior Test Technician with deep expertise in helium mass spectrometry leak detection to support the inspection and qualification of cryogenic and high‑pressure systems. You will ensure the integrity of propulsion and fluid systems for safe flight hardware.

The role involves developing procedures, training junior staff, and collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams while following safety protocols for cryogenics and high-pressure

Competenze

• 8+ years of hands-on helium mass spectrometry leak detection experience.
• Experience with vacuum and pressure measurements and data acquisition.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand specs.
• Familiarity with leak test standards (ASTM E499/E498, ASME BPVC V).

• Perform helium mass spectrometry leak detection on cryogenic and high‑pressure systems.
• Develop and validate leak test procedures and acceptance criteria.
