Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Test Conductor/Engineer to lead ground test campaigns for cryogenic fluids systems. You will develop procedures, manage teams, and ensure safety and traceability across complex test activities.

The role focuses on ground support equipment activation, testing, and integration for spaceflight hardware, with opportunities to influence multiple test campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading test teams and conducting ground testing.
• Ability to design and execute test procedures for cryogenic/fluid systems.
• Experience reading P&ID schematics and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test procedures of facility subsystems against project requirements.
• Design, plan, fabricate, install, and operate pneumatic and cryogenic test capabilities.
• Develop test methods to efficiently complete integrated system testing.
• Assist in support equipment design, budgeting, procurement, verification, and integration.
• Maintain fluids test equipment configuration control, calibration, and traceability.
• Write test procedures, manage procedural updates during test campaigns.
• Oversee vendor design and fabrication of fluids test equipment and support equipment.
• Participate in gated design and test readiness reviews.
• Perform facility activation tests of fluids subsystems.
