Job summary

Global Investment Firm is seeking a Regulatory Reporting specialist to support its Compliance team by preparing and submitting regulatory filings, reconciling data from multiple sources, and documenting filing processes.

You will track regulatory changes across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, strengthen controls around derivatives transaction reporting, and translate requirements into operational steps for the teams involved.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of regulatory reporting experience.
• Experience with Form ADV and Form PF.
• Knowledge of how derivatives are captured in regulatory data.
• Strong Excel and market data terminal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Gather and reconcile data from multiple sources and package to regulator specs.
• Document processes behind current filings and add new ones as needed.
• Track regulatory changes across US, Europe and Asia-Pacific and translate into actions.
• Strengthen reconciliation and controls around derivatives transaction reporting.

Our client is a leading Global Investment firm who is looking to add a talented Regulatory Reporting specialist to their growing Compliance team.

About the Role

The Regulatory Reporting specialist will support the firm’s growing Compliance team by preparing and submitting regulatory filings, managing data from multiple internal sources, building and documenting reporting processes, tracking regulatory changes across regions, and strengthening controls around derivatives transaction reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory filings on behalf of the firm and its funds across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Gather and reconcile data from multiple internal sources, then package it to meet each regulator's specification
• Build and document the processes behind current filing obligations, and stand up new ones as the firm's regulatory footprint expands
• Track regulatory change across the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, translate new requirements into practical operational steps, and brief the teams affected
• Strengthen the reconciliation and control layer around derivatives transaction reporting

Qualifications

• 4 - 10 years of relevant experience
