Job summary

Kokosing Construction seeks a Project Manager for Heavy Highway – Roadway/Bridge projects in the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia region. The role directs multiple project teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget, coordinating with public agencies and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and bring 10+ years of related experience in large-scale infrastructure. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of related experience in heavy highway/bridge projects.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Manages project engineers, superintendents and foremen supervising construction personnel.
• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of the project.
• Coordinates activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Reviews status reports and modifies schedules as needed.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
• Ensures project goals are met within time frame and funding parameters.
• Directs personnel to ensure work progresses on schedule and within budget.
