You will provide overall management direction for a regional mega-project or multiple projects, directing project engineers, managers, superintendents and foremen to achieve objectives on time and within budget.

• Provide overall management direction for regional heavy highway projects.
• Manage Project Engineers/Project Managers, Superintendents and Foremen.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and budgeting for each phase.
• Coordinate with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects progress on schedule within funding constraints.
