Qualifications

• Five+ years of machine sales experience with strong customer relations.
• Ability to lead, influence and communicate with others.
• Familiar with confidential materials and information handling.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products and competitive offerings.
• Experience with Sales Technology and MS products.

Responsibilities

• Organize, communicate, and delegate to ensure sales department operations.
• Develop and maintain sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create annual sales goals and budgets aligned with financial aims.
• Share best practices and implement common sales processes.
• Perform performance evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Provide ongoing support through feedback, problem solving, and development.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Determine staffing needs, interview, hire and train new staff with HR.
