Qualifications

• Minimum of five years machine sales experience with strong customer relations.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and communicate with others.
• Familiar with Caterpillar and competitive products; sales tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to ensure sales dept. success.
• Develop and maintain sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create annual sales goals and budgets aligned with financial objectives.
• Share best practices and standardize processes across the sales team.
• Lead performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Provide continuous support through feedback and development opportunities.
• Monitor performance against expectations and drive improvement.
• Build relationships with customers to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train new employees with HR support.
