The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience with diverse equipment, the ability to read blueprints, and strong teamwork. Expect outdoor work in varying weather with opportunities for growth within a leading civil

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience operating heavy civil construction equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, grade stakes, and survey markers.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy civil construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment and report issues.
• Maintain daily logs of operation and maintenance.
• Grade and excavate according to plans and specifications.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Communicate with crew, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as greasing and cleaning.
• Work in varying weather conditions and on challenging terrain.
